田舎に引っ越してきました。
I moved into the rural countryside.

あまり近所付き合いをしていないのに、話のネタにされます。
I haven't developed neighborly ties so much, but I seem to have been some subujects for neighbor's rumor.

おばちゃんたちに言わせると、美人らしいのですが・・・。
the old women seem to say that I'm a fair woman...

いままで親戚づきあいでかなり苦労したので、もうそんなわずらわしいことに巻き込まれたくないのですが。。。
Since now, I've been struggled with the neighborfood association, then I want to be taken in on such a boring stuff any longer.
